I need all the specialist's to school me on lowering kit's. I want the lowest possible drop without having to start cutting on my frame or having alignment problem's. Thanks!

This kit seem's to be the best bang for the buck that I've found so far. Is their anything else I nee to complete this drop or is this a complete kit? Does anyone on this site run this setup and can give me their opinion's on the kit? The only thing I see that i'm not familiar with is the hanger kit. What does that do and does it require an expert to install them? I need a new set of shock's on my truck so this would kill two bird's with one stone since it include's the Nitro 2 drop shock's front and rear. Any info is helpful and I appreciate everyone's opinon. Thanks!

I would personaly go with Eibach 2"/3" Pro Kit (includes rear leafs), 1" Eibach or GF drop shackle to get the full 4" in the rear, and Eibach Damper Kit (Shocks). You'll be happier in the long run and is about the same amount of money. Go to http://www.autoanything.com and sign up and in about a week or two you'll get a 15% or 20% coupon. Good Luck! let us know if you need any help.

Thanks for the info! Yea I finally found what I was looking for using the search engine and realized that using a set of lowering leaf's would be better than the hanger's since it doesn't require any major modifications and it's reversible if I ever get tired of being lowered. I already have a set of djm 2" drop shackel's installed so I won't need another set. I also have ordered from autoanything before so I get email's from them all the time with coupon offer's. Thanks again.

Good idea. You can't go wrong with Eibach. I am running their pro damper kit with my GF 2/4 drop. Couldn't be happier.

The Eibach pro damper kit. It's performance shocks at the corners!

Also Roush overstock has shocks.

You can let the suspension settle until you get new wheels.

FYI - after you lower it, you need to get an alignment..

If you keep an eye out for some used wheels you can find some at a really great price. I was only going to do a 20" wheel just like you, but I saw a deal pop up on some 22" American Racing RT-S wheels that I knew I wouldn't see again and bought them instead of the drop kit I was planning on getting.

Funny how things work out.

I got my wheels used the same way. Too good a deal to pass up.

Can't believe someone didnt step in here and notice this.

916NDBLT 3" / 4" Lowering Kit
* 97-03 Ford F-150
Regular Cab
Super Cab
2 Wheel Drive
* 04 Ford F-150
This will only fit the 2004 Heritage trucks, that are basically the same things as the 03 trucks. If you have the newer style trucks this kit will not work.

Make sure when you search that results are for the 04-08 trucks.
