shocks rubbing

I have a djm flip in the rear with no overload spring due to air bag helpers. My shocks rub against the u-bolt plates and make an ugly sound. Will different shocks help, I have Toxic, the only way i have to fix the problem is to flip the shocks around and your not supposed to. Please Help.

there has to be something wrong. i have the same flip on my truck and there is NO way that my shock would hit any of the components of the flip. the bolt that holds the bottom of the shock is a different story, but once the axle is properly located and the pinion angle set properly they dont touch.
