help installing drop

I am going to install my Eibach drop tomorrow and have a question. I already have the ground force shackle kit on my truck and it has the shims with it. Do I need to take the shims out with the drop kit or should they stay in? My gut says leave it in since the front and back will be the same relative to one another. Thanks for the help.

You can leave them in. Take a drive and if it shakes, take them out. Or you could reverse it and leave them out and try it. On my 07 i left them out with a 3" drop leaf, 2" shackle, and 1" block removed. I have never felt it get the shakies at all. But just do whatever you feel comfortable with. Good luck man, you are going to love the new look.

I left my GF shims in. They are there for a reason, to correct the pinion angle.

I am using my work computer to post here but I can bring my camera or card to work. My computer at home should be working this evening. I just have to get some good pictures. Hopefully that will happen soon.

I have the same drop on 22's except I have GF shackles. For some reason my truck looks like it sits completely different. Looks like you truck sits a little lower in front.
