I don't know if my truck rides much different but I immediately noticed the truck didn't have as much steering input as before. More of the weight gets transferred to the rear so I have to turn the steering wheel more to get results.

No big deal though. After a few days of driving it seems normal. Handling was improved by dropping the back as well as body roll.

What effect does lowering the rear with 2" drop shakles on bed payload?

So what do you think is really make your ride so bad Im curios because im about to put the same setup on my fx2 24's with the 2 in shacle kit but if the ride is all jacked up i want to know so i can elimanate what makes it that way. I like the smooth ride i got now i dont want to tear it up too much.

Low profile tires makes for a bumpy ride. Usually tire sidewall height will allow for the majority of bumps to be absorbed. After that on larger bumps the shocks and suspension. Sidewall height makes the majority of ride comfort for regular daily use.

I guess you guys arent getting good results but the 24's MOMO's on 305/35/24 setup rides better than my stock tires...the roads are bad down here because of the past hurricanes....but the tires ride AWESOME....not bumpy at all on my truck...just my 2 cents
