Powerstroke better get used to my rear end

I'm in college so I normally try to keep my foot out of my truck. I've never really gotten a chance to take on any other trucks since I got my Edge Tuner and did some stuff to my fuel system. But I was heading back to school from my parents house the other night and a powerstroke F-250 or 350 came flyin past me on our four lane 35 mph main road. I thought to myself, this guy is in that "mood" (You guys all know what I mean) and so we were coming up on a red light. So I got ready. Pulled up to the light, watched the cross street light to be ready to go. Wasn't sure if he was going to go for it, but the light turns green and I hear his turbo spool up so I just put it down about 3/4 throttle and took off. It was raining but I managed to get a really solid launch with no wheel spin. Engine spun strong all the way through first while his was putting out that traditional black cloud, shifted into second and it was over. No question about it, he was getting on it. Got all the way up to 65 in the 35 before I let off. Not bad for a 1997 4.6 with 107,000 miles. I was impressed. I used my edge tuner to do a 0-60 time the other night, hit it in 8.5 seconds on the dot. I was impressed considering even "sports sedans" (the lower end ones) get around 7. Lemme know what you think.

Cool

HI!... Ya I've raced my buddy that has a severely worked over 06 P/S diesel F-250. He made 635RWH.P and 1038FT/LBS of TQ on the dyno. The weigh is just too much. I smoke him pretty easily. He only runs very high 13.90's to low 14's.

Nope, I don't think so. I was watching the speed and the timer the whole time. No inconsistency.

My 4.6 loses traction at less than half throttle on wet pavement =/
