The hood they have shown as the one for the Super Duties 250 - 350 is the proper hood for the 150's and well the Dodge is umm ,,,,, just plain WRONG!

Hey Dbl G, i like the hood setup. are those fabricated hinges?
That trick has been around for a bit, but with buick lesabre hinges.

I ask because it seems your hood only tilts forward and doesnt do the full hover/tilt/and lay action the lesabre hinges do.
Us 04+ guys may have a bit more trouble doing that mod since our grilles are attached to the hood.

Oh and awesome work with the pics, your photography skills are badass. very nice settings/quality on your pics bro.

The set-up is one of my many designs and is far cleaner then the Buick conversions, which with the design of the front of our hoods only allows the hood open to around 60% verses the 80% + of mine.
With this kit one can remove there hood in lees then a Minute for much easier access to the engine compartment.

I am in no way doubting nor putting down your design, i was simply inquiring on the comparison to the buick conversions.
on most of the buick conversions i have seen, the hood is able to go fully forward and rest in a full vertical position in front of the vehicle providing a fully opened engine compartment. This is the only reason i asked though.
heres an example,

Also it would be nice if you quit taking such beautiful pics of your truck, your making me jelous with your beautiful images.

Thats exactly what im talking about Dribone, it hovers then tilts fully verticle in front of the vehicle.
Although im not looking for a setup for my truck at the moment, i was curious to see how the design would be altered for the 04+ trucks for the grille-work to clear the front of the vehicle when in the fully open position. I have always loved the "hover" position on those conversions... its just absolutely awesome and eyecatching.
Does yours tilt full forward?
can you get a few pics..

No offense taken, I see that one is fully operable, others I have seen wouldn't open no where near as far as that.
Can or doe's that remove quickly and replace without alignment issue's??
