Got the new valance prep painted and installed. When I got to work This morning the truck was honored with my crew doing a photo shoot. A bunch of car guys diggin it.
That made all the hard work worth it.

Exactly. The big wheels slow you down. When I go to the track the stock alum 17's go back up front (56lbs each) and drag radials out back (50lbs ea). The Roush wheels and tires weigh 75lbs each!!!! That's 88lbs of extra rotating mass just for looks

Sweet!! What did that run you? My F150 is tan/gold as well. I want something else.

 

The guy charged me 650 he's alway been painting cars in my family so got a discount, and the material about 300 1 gallon n 2 quarts of white paint, 1 gallon n 2 quarts reducer for it, and 1 n half gallon of flat clear coat with the hardener think it was 1 gallon. But my truck use to be gold too check out my album.
