Venom 800

hey street people i was think about getting one of the vemon 800s for my truck, i wanna few opinions first, just want a little something more for my honda domination

o dude with the procharger ive been think about getting one of those ever since i was 15.... so about 2 months i know ther're like 3-4k ya ya not much but how much is the install because i hear its like 12-18 hrs or somthin and not somthing i could do myself... and how are the results? i got a 1998 f150 4.6L V8 i got some minor mods not really worth mentioing at the moment but, would i be able to keep my K&N FIJPK becasue i wouldnt like to toss that since ive had it for like 6 months.... thanks

The install on the ATI procharger is only about 8 hours adn you CAN do it yourself. the kit comes complete with all instructions....if you were installing a roots type supercharger, like a whipple, it would take 12-14 hours and you would probably need a mechanic to do it. On those the entire intake manifold needs to be replaced while with the procharger centrifugal type supercharger is pretty much a "bolt on" application. Check out the supercharger forum, Crash is the expert.

Venom 4/800

Hey Im not sure if my venom 400 is anything like your 800 but if it is - my 400 is great. But dont expect anything you wouldnt expect from a 'bolt on' grab for computerized power. All mine does augment the outside air temp (MAF) and the air flow (TPS) sensors. Though it pOuRs gas into my engine its a nice little charge of power. Again - sorry if Im thinking of a different venom product.
