haha, I got some footage

I think I taped over the honda accord I raced in my truck, it was just sad. But I have footage going against a 94 Ranger 4.0L

txf150girl, can you give me some tips on how to record good. We were on a street w/no lamps, and such. I'll post 'em tomorrow or sunday.

hey i saw your video haha it was funny. i enjoyed the commentary "you're gonna f-in give me a head start?" "why are you gonna f-in give me a head start?" hehe
it got confusing at the end...maybe that was the accord video or something. did you zoom in when you were taping--it looked like you did? don't zoom in, you don't need to cause you're already right next to the car, and also zooming makes the focusing worse. we usually race where there are no lights. the headlights of the cars are enough...just tape them like you were doing. when you get where you're in front of the car you're racing...you gotta stick the camera out the window (but still don't zoom). the only time you can zoom is if a car is beating you reeeeeally bad and you have to zoom to get the taillights better

did you want to know anything else? i'll help you out all i can...although i'm not an expert or anything--i'll try though!

make some more vids and post them up...i would enjoy watching them!

 

My friend chris recorded the Civic footage, he sucked. The one where the civic had a head start, he stuck the camera out the back window after I passed him you could see it. Erik did the Ranger footage. He did a better job.

 

The videos are cool. Ill have to try that.
