Help, removing door panels for speakers on a 99 expo.

Hey everyone, Just got some new speakers and I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction- I need step by step instructions on how to remove the front and rear door panels on a 99 eb. And if youd really like to help out, how to remove the speakers, although this is probably easy. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me through this.
