Sub's in a 2002 SuperCrew

I am looking to put sub('s) in my SuperCrew. I am not sure where to put the subs. I don't think under that back seat will work because I like to lay the back seats down and when I do that it decreases the space under the back seat. any ideas?

I've been lookin for the same thing. My dog likes the back seats folded down, so this is what I found.
JL Audio makes a box that fits a 10" in the center console.
I'm thinkin about it, because it is totally invisible.

Another Q for ya, Where are ya in SC?? Glad to see some one from the same state!

Hey guys - no doubt the JL audio box sounds awesome, but $500??!!! I am in the process of building a box to fit in the front console with an 8" RF sub. Should have it installed with pictures within the next week or two. I will let you know how it sounds.

Good deal!
Keep us posted on how it sounds.
I'm entertaining the thought of custom building an eclosure behind the rear seat, just don't want to lose the storage spots.
I'm going to build a competion grade system, just trying to keep it all hidden.

After nine hours of work, I finally got most everthing installed. Center console is in with sub box. Two amps mounted behind rear seat (and working). Tried to install 6.5" Alpine SP174A in the front doors - would not fit. Either too deep in door (rubbed window) or stuck out too far after making adapter plates. Has a large directional tweeter that made the door panel bow out - was afraid this would rattle once I turned it up. Hope the place I bought them from takes them back. Anyway, put back in my Infinity Kappas but hooked up to amp this time. By the time I got the amps hooked up to the battery, I was too tired to tune it. Not to mention the neighbors would have been pissed!!!

Took pics of the box and everything else. Will tune tomorrow and let you all know how it sounds. :o Time for bed!!!!

Check out member JBinSD . He has the most powerful set up, behind the rear seats, that I've seen. I especially like the way he mounted his amps. I have got a ton of ?'s for this guy! Hopefully this link works... https://www.f150online.com/galleries...y.cfm?gnum=721
