Raising the backseat for a bigger sub

I know I have seen somewhere that there is a kit that allows you to do this. Does anyone know who makes it and where to find it. My brother just bought a 2002 ex-cab flareside- black- and wants to add some BASS!
Thanks!

In my opinion i wouldn't go for lifting the rear if you want something back there look into the subboxes at subbox.net. If you lift the seat you are restricting the space in the rear for people to sit as it is there isnt alot of head room back there.I was also thinking about the lift kit but to lift it even 2 inches would make it so someone who sits in the backs head will be on the roof. Thats just from what i have observed.

Just my 2 cents

The subbox.net boxes come with a lift kit for many of them!
I raised the rear seat 2" on my 1998 F-150 X-cab and it has enough head room for someone up to about 6' 1" or so. I am almost 6' 3" and my head hits the ceiling but I don't sit back there so it doesn't matter.

I talked to andy from subbox.net and he said in the 2002 scab the box just slides under the seat no lift involved and the lifts are like $99.99 50 or 60 more and you have the subbox.net box
