I was wondering if any of you out there have like a step by step install w/ pics of how to put the tweeters in the door (In the door right in front of the handle). Has anyone found a better place for them. thanks

Here is my Mb Quart tweeter mounted in the area you are thinking of. The install looked pretty easy. Just use the proper size hole saw and you are done. Do the hole saw/drilling part slow to avoid any damage to the surrounding material.

Did you do it yourself or have someone do it?
If you didnt install then who did you have install it?
Did you buy the tweeters there or did you just bring them in and
say id like these installed? Thanks

They were installed by CarTunes on West Bay Drive in Largo. I thought the install would be much harder than it actually was. They did a top notch job. I bought the MB Quart PSD 216's online (MUCH cheaper!!!!!) and took them there to be installed. I installed the new HU myself.
I think it was around $70. That included about 2-3 hrs of labor, they made the adapter plates for the 6.5" speakers in the door (went in the stock opening), installed speakers and tweeters, installed the crossovers (in the door), used gold connectors on everything. I am very happy with the qaulity of the work.
