Question Speaker Install

I have a '97 Supercab and am getting ready to change out the factory stereo system. The only problem I've run into is removing the interior body panel on the driver side rear. Since the truck only has three doors, the driver side rear is a fixed panel. If anyone knows the where the pins and screws are and how to remove the panel I would appreciate the help.

I helped a friend take his out a couple of years ago, but I seem to remember that to get it out, you have to remove the rear seat (back section). There are 2 bolts about a 1/4 of the way in from either side holding it on. Slide your hand in between the cushions (back and seat) and you'll feel them. Once removed, pull up on the back and it will come off the holders. Then you will see the pin for the side panel. You also need to remove the step sill plate on the driver's side to be able to pull the panel away from the wall. I think the res tof the panel was just held in by tension clips, I don't remember any other screws. I think there was one other pin in the back of the cubby hole. Hope this helps.

Cool Thanks

I had a feeling that was going to be the answer, but I thought I'd ask before I got into ripping the whole rear seat out.
