Kenwood 6X8 VS. Pioneer 6X8 Which is better?

have been looking at Kenwood KFC-6808C 6X8 CAR SPEAKERS 200W Peak & Pioneer TS-A6867 6"x8" 3-way Speakers 220w Peak. My question is which one does anyone think is better. I can get either set for almost the same price. I am looking for overall better sound. I have the premium factory unit for now. What do ya guys think?

I installed the TS-A6867 in the front and some TS-A6857 in rear the on Fri. night, they sound great. Don't know about the Kenwoods. I got my speakers from sounddomain.com, they price matched and beat the same speakers I found on another website, Broadwaycomputer.com. I orded the DEH-P7400MP and am anxiously awaiting it's arrival.

I'm running the Kenwood excelon 6x8's with a punch 400.4. the important thing is to give the aftermarket speakers enough power. a lot of people run them off their HU, it will sound better than stock, but amplifying the speakers will improve the sq and spl dramatically.

The Kenwood eXCelon speakers are some of the best around. I compared them to the Pioneer's also, I think they are better, better specs, and the Crutch guys will tell you they are better.

Speakers

Cerwin Vega makes a set of direct replacement speakers. Not sure about the model number. They have them at Best Buy, and seen them in Crutchfield catalog. I believe they are 110w peak.

They should sound really crisp, with the stock head unit. I plan on going with them.
