Visteon is no longer owned completely by Ford (there may still be some shares held), they were spun off 3 or 4 years ago. MACH is a brand in the Visteon stable of products. Here is a link to one of their new systems:

Quote from Visteon's MACH page:
MACH is Visteon’s branded collection of sophisticated entertainment products that gives consumers quality, status and bragging rights worth paying for. The MACH brand is the perfect match for the audiophile customer. The consumer appeal of MACH products translates into an enhanced brand image for the OEM.

A bunch of my buddies work for Visteon here in Indiana. They were "Ford" workers until a few years ago, making cooling system components. But basically they are still Ford employees for the most part. They still operate under the same contract as Ford employees and they still get the A plan, so it isn't too bad since they were spun off.
