Question How do i remove door panels?

I am having trouble figuring out how to remove my door panel so i can put my after market Pioneer speakers where my factory ones are.. my drivers side came off without a budge, just unscrewed screws and the studd things weren't in, the passenger side the studs are in and i don't know how to get them out(without breaking them). my dad's friend is an autobody man but i don't want to bother him.. and my dads hardly home..I got my rears in and my driver front, now all i gotta do is my passenger side, thanks alot and any help would be MUCH appreciated..

should be 4 screws...3 phillips and one 1/4" ... 2 on bottom of door...one where the handle is....and the other one remove the window button part of the armrest....you didn't say what year your truck was.
