which is better????
just wondering which was better two 10inch mtx6000s(1000watt peak) or two JL audio 12w0s (500watt peak)?

In my opinion the JLs but why not listen to a couple of Sony ES Dual Voice Coil subs first. I know what you might be thinking about Sony but trust me, they are incredible. They even replaced the useless dust cap (yeah, I know, it does what it's supposed to do) with a huge heatsink. In F150s space is an issue and if you drive the subs hard in a confined space with minimal circulation they get hotter than normal. Jeez...I had to put a 2' lift kit on my backseat just to fit two 10's in. Those Sonys have aluminum cones too. They are not cheap but they are not expensive.
