Post Lightning single sub ?

I'd like to have a subwoofer in my new '01 Lightning.. Space is at a premium in the Lightning, so I didn't want to go with a Thunderform, which would effectively eliminate my behind the seat storage. Has anyone put in a single sub in the Reg. cab F150, like with a Q logic box or the like

Right now my stereo is stock, I'd like to add

sub / amp then
speakers then
amp - maybe head unit...

I typically listen to Rock, Blues, pop, some country & jazz, mostly in that order...

TIA,

THIS IS WHAT I DID

I know what you mean about the lack of excess space in your Lighning. I have 2 12" Eclipse in my reg cab , flairside. Once that stock tool box is out you can fit those subs plus a nicely flush mounted Amp inbetween them and it will be by far the most killer setup. The best thing about it is I lost absolutely no leg room or reclining space for the chair. I can even set things on top of the box behind the seat just fine. As for stereo i went with a brand new sony cameleon face unit, it has mucho setting for tweaking your tunes , a built in EQ , and lots of pre-outs for your subs or componit system. Have fun and Play it Loud!

I have a single JL Audio Powerwedge behind the passenger seat but it requires about a click or two loss for the passenger (better them than me right ) The problem with the Q logic boxes is that damn ledge on the back wall limits the height of boxes unless you really move the seat up. Thats why I went with the JL Powerwdge it fits under it. I'm using Fosgate 250.2 amp and it sounds pretty good for a single 10".

Here are the specs: http://www.jlaudio.com/enclosures/cs110r.html
