Interior panels buzzing
I replaced factory speakers with some high-end JBLs, used an Eclipse 4-channel amp, Eclipse deck, and had the amp and deck professionaly installed. I did the speakers myself. Then I installed a self-powered sub.
Now, while the sound is amazing, I'm getting all kinds of buzzing from the interior panels. I've tried to bend the clips to make them fit in tighter, but that hasn't done a thing. I've used Dynamat as a test behind two panels, but that hasn't seemed to help.
Any suggestions on something conventional (as opposed to having bed-liner material sprayed inside the cab, etc. - I don't want to get that extravagant, although I bet those that have done it love it). How can I get these panels to fit tighter and stop rattling?
Thanks.

Try Cascade brand "quiet kote" sound dampening spray.
I bought a couple cans of the aerosol for inside my panels,
but a brush-on is also offered. I've been satisfied with
the results, and have no buzzing or rattling in my doors.

Sprays dont work as well as mats but some areas you simply cant get to with a mat. if you are sure its your interior panels causing the problem you need to look into a gasketing material such as foam to solve your problem. mass loading the plastic with a viscoelastic or asphault mat will help also (cascade vb# or dynamat original). http://www.b-quiet.com should have everything you need.
Stay away from the b-quiet product if you live in a hot environment. I was thinking of buying that stuff, too. I spoke with a b-quiet rep and he told me that it is NOT recommended in climates that are consistently hot. In doing research on this product, I came across a thread where a fellow in AZ had used b-quiet on his entire cab. During the summer, the product he applied to the rear wall of his P/U came loose and just slid down in one big oozy mess. The Rep also said the product is not recommended for "overhead" applications for the same reason. He said I could ensure "better adhesion" if you ALSO use Scotch-brand spray adhesive when applying the b-quiet product. Sort of makes you wonder, doesn't it? Caveat Emptor.
