You had me worried with the duct tape man! Could you give me the dimensions on your box? I am thinking something similiar myself.

 

Chuck M, The tape really makes it look profesional I don't know off hand what the dimensions are, but I'll try and measure the outside dimensions this weekend. I did lose about 2 clicks of the seats, but I'm fairly short so it doesn't bother me at all. The enclosed part of the box fits inside the 2 bolts that hold down the organizer that cane stock in my 98 STX. I extended the bottom over the holes so I could bolt the box to them. I extended the front of the box so I would have room for speakers and the distribution blocks.
