Question Blaupunkt 5x7/6x8 in a SCrew?

Anyone try the PCxi573 or PCxt573? The xi series seems to be the better speaker(more power/better cone and surround) but they say it will not fit in the rear door of a SCrew (1/4" more depth). Can a spacer be made and still get the door panels back on right or should I go with the xt in the rear(it fits) and the xi in the front? Thanks!

On my super crew I took the plastic speaker mounts loose and added a stainless washer behind the screws, and cut shims from a plastic dealer tag to use between the speaker and the mount.
This added about a 1/4 in. I didn't have any trouble putting door panels back on

Update - Got the Blaupunkts!

Super easy install. 45 minutes for all 4. Great fit. I don't have my amps yet, but the sound is an improvement over the factory speaks.
