changing to aftermarket speakers

I have a 2007 F150 STX supercab. Having problems with the factory speakers so I am thinking about installing some cheap aftermarket speakers. I want to know if I can still get the same quality of sound if I use the factory installed wire already on the truck or if I am going to have to install new wire. I have been looking at 4) New BOSS CH5730 5x7" 600W 3-Way Car Coaxial Audio Stereo Speakers Red 2 PAIRS for a idea of speakers and how much difference there will be.

If you are staying with the factory radio and not amping the signal, then the factory wiring will be more than sufficient.

Yup, you'll be fine with the factory wiring if you aren't using an amp. You probably won't see too much of an improvement with those BOSS brand speakers unless of course you are replacing speakers that are blown, in which case you'll at least have sound.
