Single Sub

Question. I have a 2011 FX4 Super Crew. Was wondering if any one has hooked up a single sub under the rear passenger single seat? I have 2 dogs a english mastiff and english bulldog that ride with me thus looking to hook up one sub, but not sure if it can be done and sound decent. I fold up the 60 bench when they ride thus looking for single mount under the solo seat. Any help greatly appreciated.

The factory sub is a single 8" that sits under the rear passenger seat, just where you want it. I just recently removed mine and replaced it with a bigger box and a 10" sub. If your interested in my old one, let me know.

Thanks for the offer but I am gonna pass. Looking to do a quality sub single 10, but not sure if I build a custom box to fit under that seat if it will sound good. I had the old sony upgrade system in my 09 FX4. It was alright but want a little better. I have checked a lot of online websites and all I can find is a single box that extends half the back cab.Really want just single under passenger side but if I have to get the full length box and put 2 subs in I will.

Check Noah at The Car Stereo Company. He's on Ford Raptor Forum. He does these kind of subs.

Trying to catch you on as many threads as possible, but the single 10 under that seat is great for me. Similar issues as you. Have 2 golden retrievers plus with the way the seats fold up in this truck, didn't want to sacrifice that floorspace. Have a young daughter, so the 40 side is always down anyway. Its a pretty tight squeeze for a standard 10, but the thin subs would fit easily.

Russ can you send me a picture of your setup. I went back to a F150. Got a steal on a 2014 last week and want to put a sub under the 40 section.
