About 4 months ago, I was scrambling for ideas about doing my system in my truck and did hours and hours of research as well as get a few ideas from members on here and other f150 forums. I'm happy to say that I finally bit the bullet and purchased everything and had it installed. I'm not posting this saying it's the best thing to install, but am just clearly trying to give others like myself some info. I started out with Polk Components in the front and Polk DB's in the back. I powered them with a Rockford Fosgate T400.4 amp. That was an easy decision, because i've heard a similair set up with those speakers. The Subs is what took me forever to decide on. I decided to go with the Fox Acoustic dual vented 10 box and put 2 JL Audio 10w3v3-4's in them powered by a Rockford Fosgate T1000.1. I've had numerous systems and various trucks, and I can honestly say that this is by far the best sounding stereo system that i've ever had before. Nice, clean and deep bass. Hopefully this helps. Thanks to everyone on here that gave me their input. I know a lot of people suggested Image Dynamics and I came extremely close to getting those.
