So, I bought some PNP harnesses for the speakers in the FX2.

First problem is that all four pigtails are labeled as left side. I couldn't see how it what matter as they looked to be wired the same.

Second problem is that appeared to be wired backwards as in + was where _ should've been and vice versa.

Looking here and elsewhere online I found that the general info I was coming across seemed to agree with the following setup:

Center:
+ green
- gray/yellow

Driver tweeter:
+ green/orange
- gray/orange negative

Driver mid:
+ white
- white/brown

Passenger tweeter:
+ purple/orange
- yellow/orange

Passenger mid:
+ white/purple
- white/orange

Driver rear door:
+ white/green
- brown/yellow

Passenger rear door:
+ brown/white
- brown/blue

DVC Subwoofer:
+ purple/green
- green/white
&
+ green/purple
- gray

Please note that this is for the Sony stereo and also appears to be for the standard stereo.

Can anyone confirm that these are indeed the true specs? Further, can anyone tell me if any pigtails purchased have been backwards like mine are?

Currently, I have only the new front speakers wired up and the back are still stock. They are wired to the above specs and I had to swap the wires in the pigtails that were backwards to get them to match the above.

Well I went ahead and wired the speakers per the above. Sounds good just need a sub now and to amp all the speakers. Had to reverse all of the pig tails I bought to match the colors. Hopefully it's all good.
