Where to mount midrange and tweeters

I'm looking at getting the PPI PC3.56C 3 way speakers for my 2002 xcab lariat f150. I have alpine type s components up front so I have tweeters mounted in the pillars but i'm not sure where to mount the midrange or if i should get a midrange setup at all. I've heard really good reviews about the PC3.56C 3 ways but i'm not sure if it would be worth it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated about install or reviews on the speakers.

Thanks

Make some for the mid bass, then put the tweeter up on the door with the mid range in the stock location

my mid ranges are right in the door. granted it is prolly a little bigger then the mid range that you have but it works for me. my tweeter will be going up on top of the door.

here is mine. it isnt done yet but should be soon.

Can't offer much advice, but I've got a similiar set up. Tweets in A pillars, upgraded and ran door speakers off a mid amp.

Would like some more mid range as the kick panels don't carry sound too well.

I never looked into making a stand alone mid's fit the kick panel. Be nice to leave the kick panels and add mids somewhere else. Maybe higher up on the rear corners of the cab? under the dash? (probably not the best location).

the only reason why i dont think mids in the kick panel wouldnt work is because the fuse box is on the passenger kick and the parking break pedal may hit the driver side mid if pressed down to far.

Let me know how the ppis sound when you get them installed bluescrew08, and i was playing around with the idea of mounting the 2.5" midrange next to my tweeters in the pillar but ill have to see if they will even fit.
