Sound system trouble 2012 XLT

My new truck is less than a month old and the speaker on the passenger side door sounds like it is blown sometimes. Seems like as long as the truck is cold the system sounds fine but once the cabin warms up that one speaker starts to sound scratchy as if the cone were torn.
Had it to dealer today and of course it wouldn't do it. They pulled it out and put extra felt around it thinking that is was loose grill.
They finished up and I headed for home. About 3 miles from the house it starts sounding like crap again so I double back to the dealer. Left the key on and got the service guy to listen to it. He and the technician both acknowledged something wasn't right and thought it could be speaker or possibly the head unit itself.
Wondered if any of you guy have encountered similar issues? The service guy acted like he was going have a hard time getting Ford to replace parts.

The speaker was the problem. Dealer replaced and all is good. Never expected that from a new one. Factory chimp must have dropped it.
