One of my family members bought the new ford edge and it has the new sony audio system. this system allows the user to switch between stero and "normal" mode so to speak within the settings. there is a subwoofer located in the back of the vehicle and overall the system is amazing. all 700 watts!

my question is, does the 2011 and/or 2012 f150 models including the raptor have the option of allowing the user to switch to the stero feature somewhere in the settings? also, is there a subwoofer located under the back seats? I ask this because i have seen some other f150s (lariat, platnium, etc) with the sony sub under the rear seat and others without it. hopefully someone can clarify that for me. thanks.

 

first of all if your going to get the truck make shure you ask for the sony audio system to have that sub as its only included in the sony system all others dont and second of all i dont understand what you mean by "stero and normal" do you mean stereo as in stereo/mono or is it like a surround mode because all of ford systems should operate in stereo by default. please clear that up
