Q-Logic Kick Panel problem

Hi everyone-

I'm doing a system install in my 2005 Supercrew, it's going to be a nice simple SQ system. I just installed a Alpine CDA-117 HU, I've got a Massive-Audio NX5 5 channel amp, HAT's new Unity front stage speakers not installed yet...my question is: I have the Molex connectors and didn't want to mess with running wires through the door...I just picked up some Q-Logic kicks...issues is on the Passenger side I have the Fuse box where the kick is going to go...it doesn't look like there going to be enough room..does anyone have experience with this...can I relocate the fuse box a few inches either way?

Help..

How do you access the fuses? Did you have to relocate anything on the passenger side? I ran some Q-forms kicks on a Chevy S-10 many years ago and had to relocate some stuff (pretty easy).

It's actually not that hard to access the fuse panel. All u do is remove the one screw that holds the kp in place and slide it out, I left the speaker wire a little long just enough to get it out of the way and access the fuses.

on your qforms, if you'll take some #2 lead shot (turkey loads as most are steel now) and some caulk and really beef up the back of the qforms kick panels, it makes tons of difference in the projection and solid midrange of the speakers. It's like mounting them to a piece of MDF and not the cheap plastic qforms uses. Worked well in mine.
