Need to upgrade stock componets.... Advice?

Need to upgrade stock componets.... Advice?
I put this in the headunit section by accident....
I have a 2006 Ford F-150 STX 4x4(Extended cab) and want to upgrade the stock headunit and the 4 door speakers. I am not really looking for anything crazy. I am not into just bass but want a good sounding system. I still have to carry 3 kids around to.
Some of the features I would like to have:
*BlueTooth (Quality sound on both ends) for cellphone and streaming audio
*Iphone connection easily accessible
*CD/DVD player
* Amp???? Not sure if this would be needed or not.
*GPS....if affordable.
* Do I need to have a sub?
The current stock headunit is "Double Din." I did check to see if I have the Molex connectors between the doors and the cab, and it does.
Any advice will be appreciated.
