Help Me Decide On Sub(s)

Hey guys, I'm looking at a sub or two for a 04-05 F-150 we'll be buying soon (haven't settled on a model yet). I listen to almost solely rock, with classic and modern about equal, and no death/screamo stuff. However all my friends love the popular stuff like rap and hip-hop and techno, so I want a system that can do those too. But not at the expense of my Zeppelin and AC/DC of course! I do want to be able to get the truck going pretty good, but I don't need to wake up the neighbors when I pull in. I'm thinking probably just one 10", what do you guys think? RMS suggestions? Also what mounting depth am I looking for to fit it under the rear seat of a Supercab?

Oh sorry! Probably $200-250. I'm not an audiophile or anything, just want a little more bass than the stock system. So $200-250 for an amp/sub/installation kit, NOT box materials, I'm not too worried about $20 worth of MDF and carpet.

With that small of a budget, I'd get a JBL GTO 10" off ebay and a small 300-400w amp for it. You'll have to build the box and install all the wiring yourself.
