I installed 4 infinity kappa's 6"x8" speakers in my 02 Screw. Have 75 watts rms on each speaker. Sounds clear and has great mids and highs. I have a single 10" sub for the lows under the rear seat.

What is your budget and are they going to be amped or running off head unit?

Use the money for the rear speakers on a small 2 or 4 channel amp, upgrade the fronts, leave the rears. Amp the fronts with a 2 channel, amp all with a 4 channel. Check out Massive CK6III for nice midbass but you would have to seal/dampen the door for the best results

Rear speakers are only for the passengers in the back. They will have not bearing on you enjoying Metallica to it's fullest.

For the fronts go with a quality 6.5 component set with mid/woofer,tweeter, and passive crossovers. They will sound better than a comparable 5x7.

Leave the stock rears and just run off your Pioneer head unit.

The Massive Ck6 midbass speakers are ther real deal and I can attest to that. Bewared that if purchasing the entire set people have said the tweeters are a little bright but they are really loud.

To get the most out any 6.5 you will really want to run an external amp. For the massive look for at least 100x2 at 4ohm. Some people have been running over 200watts to them without any issues.

Ya speakers are 5x7 so get adapters for 6.5 and you should be set. Get an amp for your fronts for best results

Front speakers only, and fade the deck all the way to the front... You can do adapters, but I suggest doing your own baffles out of mdf, sealed with fiberglass resin.

Just depends on how far you wanna go.

Get a set of massives. Don't go to best buy.
