Is this amp enough?

Is this amp enough?

I want to run two 10" subs. I'm looking at these 4 ohm 50 - 300 RMS watt woofers:

Or these 2 or 4 ohm 50 - 350 watt RMS woofers:

And I have this amp:

Will this amp be enough for running two of either of these? Its putting out 460 RMS x 1 @ 4 ohms. Also, how do I use the speaker level input? I don't have any pre-outs so I'm coming off of my rear stock woofer. One more thing, do I wire the subs with both positives to amp and both negatives to amp?
