Traded my w1s for w3s today and..
The sound difference is amazing. You wouldn't think there could be that much difference between the 2 subs by there is. They are 10s in a down firing box under the rear seat of my s crew. I'm driving them with a JL Audio 500.1 I am very impressed. No more leaving my phone to ride on the center console because it vibrates right off.

Yeah, the 10w1's are only rated at 125w. That's just slightly more powerful than the sub that comes with the audiophile package.
The 10w3's on the otherhand are (depending on which version you got, 10w3/10w3v2 or 10w3v3) rated at 300w or 500w. That's a big difference. You could probably even push a little more power to them and be OK.
