I've got a 05 XLT extra cab and wanted to know what size speakers are in the doors.

 

5x7

 

6x8. I thought they were 5x7 also since that is what I put in mine. But after someone on here corrected me I had to go out and measure, and sure enough the space for them is 6x8. I think though 5x7 is what is standard for the Ford when looking for door speakers.

 

If your also looking for some speakers, go with the Infinity Kappas, components or just the 2 way coaxils. They ROCK my truck and sound so good and clear!
