sub box plans

Im looking to build a sub box for my 2006 scab to go under the back seats.
I want it to fit two shallow mount 10's. If anyone has plans they made for a similar box i would greatly appreciate your help!

Building your own for the challenge or the cost savings?

Cost savings. I don't want to spend $150 plus when I can get a sheet of mdf for less than $30.

Just make your own its easy if you want i can design a box for you just tell me what subs and amp your going to use.

only costs about 40-50$ all together and you will have enough left over to build some thing extra.

I was thinking 2 cvr 10's with a kenwood 1800 watt (900 rms).
My friend told me I should get a digital design 10. How do you like your single 10?

I'd like to see some plans as well. Have been thinking of adding some subs but I don't want to spend that much for something I can make

A dd design sub wont fit under your seat you would have to build a box on top of the seat. 2 10's would be good. I love my single 10 the way i built my box is perfect amount of air space that it slaps like its a 12.

Exactly...and usually the non-custom ones aren't the best fit

yes it would fit under the seat but you would only be able to fit one if you want the correct air space for the sub

I spent like 40 bucks on materials to build my box. I fit two Stereo Integrity 12s and they fit nice and snug under the seat. Search for my build thread I posted dimensions in there somewhere.

HO 10 only needs .5 cubes for a .707 alignment. Ported only needs about .6-.7 @ 29-31 hz.

Not exactly an air hog.

Exactly, and in a vehicle you could get away with even less space with some polyfill because of cabin gain.
