LMI Seat Lift Issues

So I'm installing the LMI seat lift on my bro's '06 F150 and the rear part of the factory seat bracket, near the cab corners, has holes too big for the bolts/nuts and there are no washers with the kit. The instructions didn't really say what to do with the rear part of the bracket but it looks pretty straightforward... this part has me guessing. ?

I'm no noob and I don't usually gripe, but the instructions aren't very good and I had to drll out the holes for the seat belt brackets... I'm not really happy with the kit overall.

Is his truck different or did any of you guys run into any problems with the install?

Well... got it installed OK. Had to use some large fender washers, got some for the bolts that hold the seat belt brackets also just to be on the safe side.

Not too impressed with the quality or fit of the seat lift but it does its job.

i feel you bro, i was pissed when my cousin and I spent a whole day customizing their ****ty fabbed left kit. not to mention worse than hand written lookin instructions. we had to make brackets and extensions for the backseat to lock in place

I've heard nothing but bad stuff about their kits. Somebody with all the tools should start making these, better design and cheaper. You could sell the hell out of those things for $70-100 I bet.

I bought the kit last year and was not impressed with sh1tty instructions and had several questions with fitment/placement. Halfway through the install I decided I didn't want something so crappy so I sold them....

I just bought one last week! Looked like it had been setting on the shelf a while! Three hours later between two of us with some cutting and welding! This kit definitely needs some serious tweaking to make it a simple install!

Was looking through Brypink2's gallery and found pics of the same issues I ran into:

If I saw these beforehand it would have made the install a bit easier... so I'll post these in case anyone in the future runs into the same issues.
