You will need to cut a hole big enough for those size speakers.

just go with 6x8s. they dont really sound any different. i went with some pioneers in all 4 when i had my ranger. havent done it in my f150 yet tho but stocks actually sound pretty decent with my pioneer Cd player so i dont know if i would replace them unless i blow them. 6x9s offer a little bit more bass but if thats what you are looking for just get some 10's or 12's. you can get 8's but usually they are hard to sell. i have had a pioneer 8" sub for 4 years now with no luck selling it. only used for about 1 year. its a pioneer 500W peak flat cone sub with pioneer-made sub box. paid $140 for sub and $100 for box. it is made for under seat or behind seat in tight areas. has nice bass but is not good for thumping. just a good steady bass flow. if anyone is interested, let me know or make an offer.
