Need Help! Hooking up stock sub to new head unit!

Hey ya'll I put a new head unit in a couple months ago and have just been procrastinating about hooking the factory sub up but its time! I bought the harness adapter at Best Buy but it, of course, isnt set up for the factory woofer. I youtube'd and searched on here expecting to find a sticky or how to but didnt come up with anything.

I know its simple! Help me out.

Thanks in advance guys!

This is the set you need, http://www.installer.com/item/displa...php?it=70-5521 the smaller plug goes to the sub harness and you plug your rca's from the new hu into the rca's on the small plug. Take your turn on lead from the new hu and run it thru a 1K ohm resistor then to the turn lead on the sub harness plug (this is to drop the turn on voltage down to 5v which is what the factory sub uses).
