i got enough power but will w0's fit in the box under the seat?

You say your amp is pushing 2000W, what is the RMS rating per load? Honestly, if your budget is $200, I'd just go for a pair of shallow 10" Pioneers. SonicElectronix has them for just under $100 each. I put a single 12" in my g/f's 08 Sport Trac in a small ported enclosure, while she's running the same power as me her setup is a bit louder @ around 45hz than my two 12" Rockford P3S's in a sealed enclosure in my 07 screw. If anything, you should go with 12's if you want that boom-boom-boom. Comparativly speaking, 12's will always be louder than 10's given same power and enclosure design.
