Looks interesting. Dunno why youd make one stick up like that other then to look neat. I hope you are going to deaden the back of that and she likes being pounded in the back with woofers.
I just did 2 downfire 12's and now im going to have to chase down rattles from the back.
No point in doing speakers in the rear the box is going to cover most of it anyway.
Where are the amps going? With only 8in of room at the top of the seats, and with the seats all the way back there isnt room on the rear floors to do anything but stand them up.
Looks like good work, keep us updated.

Thats why it is getting put like that to change the look of it and we are incorporating the port into the hump we are making. Yeah the deadening is going in tomorrow we didn't get that far yet. She already has 2 12s into the back of the sets they aren't that bad at all. Originally Posted by PorkCereal

Here are a few more updates should have it painted next week hopefully. My buddy got busy with his new job this week so haven't had much time to work on it.

Looks good, nice construction and fabrication! I had to review the pictures REALLY closely but just making sure, looks like it's one big chamber with a front-firing port. It should pretty much rock!

Yeah you are correct. It has a large chamber the port is an L shape and then there are holes cut in the 2 side braces and on top for air movement to the side chambers. Should be loud my buddy is just finishing filling any pin holes in the box before its painted and installed.Originally Posted by phattacorider

Is there any way you are mounting it against the wall?? Or just using the seat to keep it in place?? I know it probably wont move anyway just thought Id ask cause I like the idea of it in a reg cab, Ive been looking to do something too

With the seats back it wont move. Ive never had any of my boxes move. Im doing split downfireing 12's now. To get decent space your going to have to use all the way to the seat anyhow.

All I can say is WOW!! How much would a job like that cost????

It will be bolted down to make it a little harder to steal if someone actually tried to. Don't know how yet will figure that out hopefully next week.Originally Posted by FI10Fires

Leave the subs out and stick your hand in the holes with a drill and use a self tapping screw into the back wall or into the floorboards. Should be able to get 2-4 without hitting any fitals.
Then seal em up. Never have to worry about em coming out lol

Thought I would throw up the photos of the enclosure for you guys to see. Things haven't been good between us the last year months and I am just starting to work on her truck again for her.

Here is the new dash in as well.
