Where to put 12" subwoofers in a 2002 Xcab?

I'm pretty new to this. And i've noticed some other questions that were vaguely about this but i wanted to be direct. I want 2 12" subs and a 1500 watt amp. But I don't know how to get them in there, there is basically no space. I've seen the rear seat lift. and taken that into consideration. But are there any other alternatives?

could easily fit 12"s (has 10"s now) and the amp is under the driver seat

I think i got ya. but heres a thought. idk if there is any difference in the backseat design if yours is a different yr make. but in mine its like. theres room for 3 people in the backseat. and there are 2 parts. the middle and right seat are one. and the left seat is one. if i took of the left so there was still room for 2 passengers. would that be enought room for the subs?

yea there would be but it would reduce the ability for moving your seat back and the bass would be one sided really.

another option would be to cut the front seats arm rest and build a custom console

do wha? mine doesnt even have arm rests ha. Oh and if i get the 4 inch seat lift will that be plenty of room under the seats? cause i was thinking about doing it anyways to make for more legroom since the 97-03 ford extended cabs have NO legroom in the backseat. ha, i love my truck, but only cause im always driving and never having to ride in the backseat.

wellit just gives you a little more room in back. basically your options are lift or similar to mine in a way. the left will let you have 3 seats but mines removable also so it can be 3 seats but ive really never had any problems with it even with only having 3 doors. and the 2 times iv had to have 3 ppl in the back ive taken it out

Well. you have my attention. although id rather not lose the ease of being able to just have three people hop in the backseat at any time. its 150 bucks i dont have to spend. and since I still have to get the head unit, subs, amp, box etc. id like to save any money possible. haha
