o, i know its really good wiring, but the thing is im sure if i did some looking around online i could have found comperable wiring for much less. i was just too excited to install it all to have to wait even longer for just wiring. haha.
but i got the avic used. it was only like 8 months old, but the guy had sold his truck with it in it and was trying to sell it on craigslist for $500 with no success. so it just kept popping up for about a month. finally he dropped the price to $400. i offered $325, and we ended on $330.

just gotta keep you eyes open... and have a little luck. haha. i ended up getting mine with the bluetooth module and ipod connector as well. ive been having some issues with the GPS, but its not a huge problem for me..
Any way you could post up a pic with the box installed under the seat? I am trying to decide if its worth the extra $20 to get the tan carpet to match my interior.

next time im out at my truck ill grab one for you. i def think it was worth it though. blends really nice with the stock interior. keeps my system kinda stealthy which was what i really wanted. and just in case you didnt know. if you type the code F150NET youll get 10% off your order at SCS.

no problem. im kinda suprised the lack of knowledge about that code. i thought we would have one so i searched for a while and never found it. so if it wasn't for emailing SCS and asking if there was one for being a member, never woulda found out...
