NEED IDEAS or HELP, '99 F150

I have a 1999 ford f150 extended cab truck, i want to make a new box for the back seat, to fit two 12's, the only problem is i dont want it to be down fire, and i still want to be able to have people in my back seat.
Does anybody have any ideas, pictures, or anything to help me out??
Thanks!

Downfireing i think would be better then upfireing. those are the only options for under a seat. unless you do something funky and have them sticking out the front of the underside. then you have whomever is sitting there kicking them.

ya i guess that is true, i guess the box i have now just sucks, cause i took my back seat out, and built a seat with the subs in it. cause nothing will fit underneath the seat.

Have had this set up for a few years now and as long as your buddies arent
a-holes , and somewhat respectful they wont get kicked , but i also only have the 3 door cab so.... most get in from pass side and make it no further than the middle usually

More pics of entire setup in gallery

thanks for the ideas everyone, thejake1989, i think im gonna try and use that idea, since i have 2 12's they probably wont fit under the seat like those 2 JLs, but hopefully i can work something out.
