What are your thoughts?
I have asked a couple of questions on this forum trying to understand modern car audio. I have visited the specialty car stereo shops here in town and I think I have decided what I want to do. I would like to hear from people that know better than I do what they think of my choices so here goes:
Hertz ECX 165's in front and rear door
Hertz 250D 10" sub wired in parallel to make it operate at 2 ohms (1 sub)
Alpine PDX-5
Hifonics MX-1 sound prcoessor
Custom single 10 box made by a local shop
All this will be fitted in a 2010 SuperCrew XLT. After install fees this is about my maximum $$. Let me know what you all think.

The PDX amps have a noise floor FYI. Might want to look into a different 5 channel. Also if you can spring for a RF360.2 processor that'd be sweet. Otherwise it looks good.
