When you get those subs, please tell us about their rigidity and sound quality! Honestly, if you're thinking about getting just 1, then get a monochannel amp that will push at least 400Wrms @ 4ohms. This way if you decide to upgrade to a second, the same amp will push both subs fine because they'll be wired together into a 2ohm load and accept 800Wrms. The amp will match that perfectly.

So monochannel amp @ 400Wrms x 1 @ 4ohms, 800Wrms x 1 @ 2ohms. At this point, it's all up to the looks of the amp that you like, the name brand you prefer, and how much you are willing to spend for it.
