Image Dynamics components

OK, you guys have convinced me to go with ID in the doors up front. Now what would be a good SQ amp at a good price? Maybe $200 or less. What about Alpine V power? Woofers ect has a sale on ARC FD 2200. I could just install ID in doors on stock for now, then save up money for Alpine 5 channel. You know, do system in steps.

Amplifiers are where you really cannot go cheap and get quality. Alpine doesn't make great sounding amps, so i'd look past them. Look into Arc, Zapco, Audison etc.

those are good amps... but... 190x1 will only be for one speaker... that amp will only do 50 watts per side @ 4 ohms ...•50 Watts x2 @ 4 ohms ... you need 100-125 X 2 @ 4 ohms .. or if you have a 4 channel amp that does say 50 watts x 4 @ 4 ohms you could bridge that to get 100 watts x 2 .... this one is more what you need...
