Whining from speakers?

I had a little whine from my door speakers due to engine noise for a while. This weekend i ran a second RCA from my headunit for my sub instead of 1 rca from the rear output and splitters. Ran them into my crossover and then to each respective amp. Now i am getting very loud engine noise. Doesnt make any since to me because i didnt touch any of the wires that were already there just ran a second rca. Is there anyway to fix this or am i going to have to take apart my truck and rerun wires?

its an 06 standard cab. memphis crossover, memphis 500d for the sub RockfordFosgate200.

But like i said, ive always had a little which can be expected for running speaker wires near powerwires. But why it got real bad once i ran a new RCA for the subs.
Should i just add a filter? if so which kind?

I think im about to replace all door speakers so if i have to add a filter id like to do it then.

Run the RCAs down the opposite side of the truck as your power wire.

Yeah def run the wires a diff route. IMO nothing should be ran with the power except the remote wire..... Everything else should be seperate. But if that doesnt work for some reason i'd check the ground. Need a good ground.

Yeah i didnt do the original install. I know better to do that but i expected the shop i had do the work to know better. Just odd it got a lot worse once i ran a new rca dedicated for the sub amp.

I havent done it yet, im trying to decide and a set of componets for the front doors. Considering the Pheonix Gold RSD running that off my 200w amp then rerouting the stock rear door speakers back to the radio. Dunno if i have the molex plugs or not or how they ran the wires to amp the speakers when they did the install. Im going to assume they just spliced in behind the radio and ran that back to the amps.

Then i have to figure out how to make the spacers and how much prep i want to do to the doors. Plus how to take the doors apart.
