How would these subs be?

I have been thinking about gettin some new ones and i was lookin at these. Has anyone dealt with these before? and which ones would be better? any pros or cons on each?

the premier would be much better than those particular mb quart. i had the 10" premier and they were exceptional

Fabrication skills?

Desired output?
